A cornerstone of Privates Escapes’ real estate model is the acquisition of memberships or other preferred access to the resorts and clubs where our homes are located. As a result, not only do members enjoy a private residence ideally located to access those amenities but in almost all cases they benefit from preferred pricing, special access or privileges, and benefits typically reserved for local homeowners.

Private Jet Service
When convenience and comfort are the main concerns, Private Escapes can arrange one way or round trip private jet transportation at the flat pass–through costs of some of the industry’s leading jet services. No more need to purchase 25 or 50 hours per year of time, when you may only use 2–4 hours in a year; just call your Escape Planner and they will make the travel arrangements, even with short notice. Jet access is available for a variety of plane sizes and ranges.

Need transportation to and from the airport? Ask your Escape Planner to arrange limo or private car service for complete door–to–tarmac convenience on both ends. We have a wide selection of rental vehicles waiting at the Club property for you, with keys in the ignition.

Escape Planner
Your membership includes unlimited access to dedicated Escape Planners – your personal travel assistants – who can handle all details of your getaway. One call from you and we’ll generate an itinerary, book a commercial or private flight, arrange a limo or luxury car rental, and handle any and all special requests. Need a ski instructor at Beaver Creek? How about tickets to a Yankees game, or impossible–to–get reservations at that hot new bistro? Jet ski rentals, deep sea charters, helicopter rides, tee times, lift tickets – call us and it’s done. Any time you’re ready to plan a vacation, give us a call and we’ll handle the rest.

At Private Escapes, we want to get to know you and your family. That way, we can recommend specific destinations and residences, search for availability and book your residences, and pass along any and all pertinent to the Local Host who will be preparing for your arrival.

Local Hosts
Prior to your arrival, your Local Host will handle all your in residence needs from stocking the refrigerator to chilling the champagne. Once you arrive, your Local Host will familiarize you with the property and location and assist with any unexpected needs.

Each Local Host lives near the home and can easily be accessed, day or night. Ask them about their local knowledge of the area and they will be more than willing to help offer suggestions on the finest restaurants, local attractions, and hidden getaways.

Wine Services
In addition to luxurious accommodations in some of the world’s finest destinations and resorts, dedicated vacation planners, and in-residence concierges, Private Escapes members also have access to two unique wine services for all of their wine related needs.

Cellar Advisors, experts in the fields of wine collecting, maintenance, and procuring the finest wines in the world, will personally offer suggestions to make each and every escape as memorable as possible. Whether you need a few bottles of your favorite wine for a family get together or a vintage bottle of the Merlot you had at your wedding, odds are we can get it to you before your wheels touch down.

Quattro Vino allows you to order wine among multiple 4–packs pre–selected by region, grape, and occasion. As a Private Escapes member, all you need to do is log in, explore your tastes, and ship your selections for your next stay. For each of your trips, Private Escapes and Quattro Vino will stock your home with an exclusive red and white from our winery. If you need more, simply ask and we'll get it there.
