Travel Coordinator (Escape Planner)
Private Escapes is a recognized leader in the Destination Club sector which is re–defining luxury travel. We are seeking a full–time Escape Planner to join our high energy team and assist our affluent Members with their travel plans. You will collect Member travel information, make and confirm reservations, suggest vacation options, coordinate arrangements with Local Hosts at each destination, work with vendors, and document Escape (travel) Plans. Candidates must have experience in travel services or customer service, be very attentive to details and genuinely care about people. You must be able to effectively coordinate many activities simultaneously and find creative solutions for last–minute challenges if and when they occur. You must demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills, as well as experience using email, Internet, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Ideally, you have two years of experience working as a concierge or travel professional. The Escape Planner initially reports to Member Services Manager.
This position is at our company headquarters, located in Old Town, Fort Collins.
